| The superb application properties and low thickness requirements of Firebreak 303 were key in its selection to provide the required fire protection to more than 40,000m2 of structural steelwork in this city centre development. This large complex of residential and commercial property has been designed in a form that breaks up its mass such that it appears as a grouping of several linked buildings of varying form and colour. Pedestrian routes penetrate into an internal free-formed court containing a mix of cafés, restaurants and retail facilities. Most of the application required only a single coat of Firebreak 303 and being waterborne it allowed for minimum disruption to other trades in this fast track project. |
