In some cases this has been achieved by the refurbishment of old Victorian buildings such as the Albert Dock but it has also included modern commercial developments, Number 12 Princess Dock being a fine example. 	Esport Arena, Helsinki, Finland This unusual building incorporates a large dome-roofed multi-sports playing area that is supported by differential air pressure alone. 	National Opera House, Oslo, Norway This iconic new building situated on the Oslo waterfront is due for completion in September 2008 and will provide a new home for the Norwegian National Opera. Designed by Norwegian architects Snohetta AS and selected in competition with 230 other entries the building provides both 1,350 and 400 seat auditoria, the larger being of a classic horseshoe form.
